Elizabeth Farrell is a Litigation Member in Severson & Werson’s Irvine office and a member of the Financial Services Litigation Practice Group.

Liz specializes in defending national mortgage lenders and loan servicers against borrower complaints involving lender liability and resolving disputes involving the Uniform Commercial Code, identity theft, and financial elder abuse. Liz routinely litigates in both civil and probate court.

Liz strives to resolve disputes quickly and efficiently, without compromising quality. She understands client goals and needs are central to advocating successfully on their behalf.

Liz received her J.D. from the University of San Diego in 2011, where she served on the Editorial Board of the San Diego Law Review. While in school, Liz also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael M. Anello, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, the Honorable David T. Bristow, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the Honorable Ronald S. Prager, San Diego Superior Court. In 2005, Liz graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University.

Liz is licensed to practice in California and all United States District Courts in California.
